It looks great. I would just recommend to bring out the eyes more, brighter colors / highlights, since the hairpins draw a stronger focus. The green note on her collar is a bit distracting as well.

The line art seems well done. However, I think, there is too much happening in the face area and the face is generally unappealing. The head hair is spiky and strongly pointing down, while the mustache is curved and elegantly pointing upwards, that contradicts. Also, the eyes, added together, have the same size as the mouth, which is off putting. For that I recommend you this video from Sinix Design: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZluGXgpdJj4
Plus, the pupils are slightly off, looking towards different locations.

I just looked through your other art, which looks good, and realized your anatomy is occasionally off. especially your girl characters tend to have oversized heads and your arms tend to be different sizes.

Sorry, for seeming harsh. My English is not really good. I want to add that I am not good at art, so, please take my advice with a grain of salt.

The colouring was done well. Concentrate more on shading, muscles, posture and face, so that your art becomes more expressional.
